Ogier and Aspida seminar

Aspida and Ogier are teaming up to hold a breakfast seminar on Thursday 27 February looking at how best to engage with the regulator.

Join us at the OGH from 8am where we will be joined by Peter Mills and Graham Basham from Aspida, and colleagues from Ogier.

We will be discussing how to handle your relationship with the regulator, including:

  • How to engage with the Commission and address their enquiries;
  • What the enforcement procedure looks like and how to navigate the investigation
  • What to expect in terms of Commission
  • Enforcement powers
  • Points of best practice
  • Refreshments will be served
