Aspida have been appointed to review two Boards of which I am a member – one being a Guernsey-domiciled investment trust invested in environmental assets; and the other being a UK domiciled major construction project company.

Both companies consider themselves governed by the UK Governance Code. Aspida did a great job, concentrating on constructive criticism of our Board practices, including a detailed mapping of our compliance with the Code.

In both cases Aspida were reappointed for a second review.
