Aspida and Ogier are teaming up to hold a breakfast seminar on Thursday, 27 February, looking at how best to engage with the regulator.

Join us at the OGH from 8 a.m. where we will be joined by Peter Mills and Graham Basham from Aspida, and colleagues from Ogier.

We will be discussing how to handle your relationship with the regulator, including:

How to engage with the Commission and address their enquiries;

What the enforcement procedure looks like and how to navigate the investigation;

What to expect in terms of Commission enforcement powers;

Points of best practice.
