Thursday 21st January, 10am - 11am

If you (or your clients) are presently considering migrating a fund or investment management company, there are many reasons to make Guernsey part of those considerations.

In this webinar, we will consider why Guernsey should be your jurisdiction of choice.

Just like any good guide, we'll kick off this session by showcasing the reasons why Guernsey has witnessed considerable inward migration of companies, funds, and other structures in recent times.

Our expert panel will first consider Guernsey's stability and resilience during 2020, attributes which have allowed the island to deal with the challenges that arose during this turbulent year. They will then provide an overview of what makes Guernsey an attractive destination to which to migrate your business by examining not only its ability to withstand change, but also adapt, innovate, and help both itself and the businesses it hosts thrive.

We'll touch on the requirements and process of moving your business, as well as the support Aspida can offer in making the move.

Aspida's Business Development Director Stephen Cuddihee and Relationship Director Richard Bray will be joined by Charles Bathurst, Business Development Director at Mainspring Fund Services.

Charles has over 35 years' experience of senior executive roles and business development, primarily in financial services. During his career, Charles has been responsible for initiating and managing to profitability new businesses, multiple product launches across onshore and offshore domiciles, and building distribution channels in more than 30 countries globally.

The panel will give their expert insights and also take any questions from delegates.
