The Cycle Safe campaign with IslandFM concluded with a poster contest won by 9-year-old Jack Arnold, who received a new bike for his efforts in promoting road safety.

Our Cycle Safe campaign with @IslandFM has come to an end, and we have thoroughly enjoyed attending some of the in-school presentations with Marky T. We hope you have gained some extra knowledge to help keep us all a bit safer on the roads.

As part of this initiative, children were asked to design a poster that reinforces the safety message.

Hundreds of entries were received, and we are excited to announce the winner as 9-year-old Jack Arnold from Vale School!

Jack found out he was the lucky winner in assembly, presented by Marky T from IslandFM and Carly from Aspida.

Jack is pictured with his brand new bike, together with Marky T, Paul Brehaut of Ian Brown's Cycleshop, and Sarah Sarre of Aspida Advisory Services.

Well done Jack, we hope you enjoy your new bike and keep safe on the roads.

If you are shopping at Ian Brown's this weekend, make sure you ask for an Aspida reflective keyring!
