We would like to welcome Callan Watts to the Aspida team as Senior Company Secretary.

Callan has worked in Company Secretarial Services for over 10 years. More recently, she worked as part of the Ravenscroft Group Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance Team. Prior to that, she was the Company Secretary of a local fund administration business where she gained experience acting for a diverse client base of fund managers and a wide range of fund structures. Callan holds the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance & Administration and is currently working towards completing the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme.
